On Oct. 11, Lily James and Dominic West were snapped packing on the PDA in Rome … even though he's been married to Irish landscape designer and aristocrat Catherine FitzGerald since 2010, while the "Cinderella" star has reportedly been working through issues in her relationship with Matt Smith since late 2019 (more on that later). According to an E! News source, the 31-year-old English actress and the 50-year-old former star of "The Wire" and "The Affair" — who were seen kissing and sharing a ride on an electric scooter (see photos here) — also shared a suite during their romantic Roman getaway. The duo, who share a manager and are currently shooting the upcoming BBC miniseries "The Pursuit of Love," actually go way back: They co-starred in a 2011 production of "Othello" when Lily was just 22. As for Catherine, MailOnline reported on Oct. 12 that, according to a source, the mother of four was "devastated" when she saw the photos of her partner of nearly two decades locking lips with another woman. "She's totally shocked because she didn't know anything was going on. They were very much together, so this is completely out of the blue," said the source. "She thought they had a good marriage and now it's probably over. That's how she feels right now but the two of them need to speak but at the moment, she's lost for words." But then things took a sudden turn…

On Oct. 13, Dominic West and his wife of 10 years, Catherine FitzGerald, posed for a photo op outside their home in England. After kissing for the cameras, the longtime couple — who share four children — passed a handwritten note to reporters on the scene: "Our marriage is strong and we're very much still together," it read. The following day, The Daily Mail reported that friends of the couple believe the photo op was "definitely" Dominic's idea. The British webloid also noted that "there is speculation" Lily James called Catherine "to insist" that the pictures of her and Dominic packing on the PDA "could be innocently explained away." According to a source, Catherine likely found reassurance in the fact that her husband and his much younger co-star were joined by their mutual agent during their headline-making outing in Rome. Catherine and the agent are reportedly "good friends." Said the source, "[The agent] would not have stood for anything going on and [Dominic] would certainly not be so stupid as to do anything in front of her. Dom has a bit of history with women from some time ago, but he's much too clever to get caught out this way. The fact is he's a very cuddly kind of person, really a big teddy bear, and you could probably have a picture of him like this with a dozen of his female friends." Meanwhile, past interviews in which the actor questioned the feasibility of monogamy began resurfacing. For example, he told the Evening Standard in 2016, "I think women should be more indulgent of affairs. I really do. It's [crazy] to kick someone out over a fling. Isn't it? Everyone should turn a blind eye to men's behavior between the ages of 40 and 50. Let it all blow over." The comments have prompted whispers that he and his wife have an open marriage.

As for Lily James and Matt Smith… In July, the English actress fueled rumors that her off-and-on relationship with the "Doctor Who" alum had finally come to an end when she stepped out several times with Chris Evans. But on Oct. 8, The Sun reported that she only just recently told people in her life that she and the former star of "The Crown" had "decided to stay just friends after months of struggling to make things work." A source told the British tabloid, "Lily and Matt were a picture-perfect couple for years but there are just some differences they haven't been able to get past. They have gone back and forth this year trying to sort things out between them because they both have so much love for each other. But unfortunately it just isn't working and they have mutually decided to just close this chapter of their lives. They adore each other and want to stay friends but as far as their romance goes, she has told everyone it's over for good. Now Lily just wants to find a normal guy who's not in the spotlight because she found it quite tough being with another celebrity." (The irony!) The Sun adds that Lily and Matt "tried to get things back on track again" following her headline-making hangouts with the "Avengers" star.
Cardi B and Offset sparked reconciliation rumors when they shared a big kiss at the "WAP" rapper's 28th birthday party in Las Vegas on Oct. 10. Social media posts from the bash, which was sponsored by Playboy intimacy products, also show Cardi giving her husband a lap dance … even though she filed for divorce in mid-September. A few nights later, they were at it again — this time appearing cozy at a club in Atlanta. Said an E! News source of the off-and-on couple, "They aren't back together but [it's] just a matter of time. She loves the attention from him and he's trying really hard to win her back." (So much for her claims in her divorce documents that there are "no prospects for a reconciliation.") During an Oct. 13 Instagram Live, Cardi attempted to explain her recent hangouts with her "estranged" husband, saying that she simply started missing him and the physical aspects of their relationship. "It's hard not to talk to your best friend," she said, adding that they're just two "really typical" young people who "got married early." Continued the rapper, "We're not no different than [your] dysfunctional relationship. We're the same way."
Is Max Ehrich moving on from Demi Lovato already? On Oct. 13, the former soap star took to Instagram to share a photo of himself smiling while walking with an arm wrapped around "American Idol" alum Sonika Vaid. The former reality star released a statement to E! News dishing on her relationship with the singer-actor: "I met Max recently at dinner with mutual friends. It was a fun night and we all got to hang out and head to the studio together," she said, adding that they've "just been hanging out since and having fun." A day earlier, E! reported that, according to a source, Demi "is having all sorts of issues with Max not leaving her alone" in the wake of their recent breakup. "He has been trying to get in contact with her family and friends and they have all blocked him," said the source, adding that the singer-actress is "in contact with lawyers now on what to do." Over the weekend, Max was photographed looking distraught at the same beach where he proposed to Demi back in July. (See photos here.)
On the Oct. 13 episode of "Jimmy Kimmel Live," Clare Crawley cleared up a widespread rumor about her season of "The Bachelorette" — that, as the comedian put it, she "hit it off with Dale [Moss] so famously that [she] said, 'That's it. I'm not going through this charade. I'm not going through this whole process. I found the guy. That's why I came. And adios, goodbye everybody, I'm leaving.'" Responded the blonde beauty, "Well, that's what the rumor is. I can confirm that that is false. It did not happen like that." She later doubled down, adding, "That's not how things went." So what DID happen? We'll have to wait and see! The season premiere showed Clare's extremely visceral reaction to her first encounter with Dale. "I definitely feel like I just met my husband," she said directly following their introduction to one another. She later gave him the coveted First Impression Rose.
On Oct. 10, Kristin Cavallari was caught on camera kissing comedian Jeff Dye during a night out in Chicago. (See a video here.) According to an Us Weekly source, the reality star and the funnyman are dating and "are totally a thing." Said the source, "She loves to laugh and Jeff is obviously so funny and playful. He is making her life lighter through this transition [out of her marriage with Jay Cutler] and deterring her away from feeling upset. Jeff has helped put her in a good headspace and he is stoked on her and thinks she's so beautiful and sexy. … Their relationship is very easygoing, and Kristin is not thinking long-term right now and isn't trying to get serious right away. She has three children and knows it will have to be a slow process."
People magazine reported on Oct. 12 that Jonah Hill and Gianna Santos, who got engaged in late 2019, recently called it quits. According to an Us Weekly source, they split about six weeks ago. Said the insider, "The spark went [out] in Jonah and Gianna's relationship."
Page Six reported on Oct. 12 that, according to a source, Bethenny Frankel and her boyfriend of two years, Paul Bernon, "broke up a couple of weeks [ago]." Said the source, "[They] are saying it's because of distance, but you know Bethenny." The former star of "The Real Housewives of New York City" lives in the Big Apple, while her ex calls Boston home.
Kelly Dodd and her love of just a year, Rick Leventhal, tied the knot in Santa Rosa, California, on Oct. 10. "I'm so excited to be Mrs. Leventhal!!!" the reality star captioned a photo of herself and her hubby in a vineyard. Other social media posts show that the bride and groom donned black ensembles while their wedding guests sported all-white looks. But Kelly wasn't the only Housewife who became a wife on Oct. 10…
Cynthia Bailey and Mike Hill tied the knot at the Governors Towne Club in Acworth, Georgia, on Oct. 10. They were joined by 250 guests including the bride's "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" co-stars Kandi Burruss, Kenya Moore and Porsha Williams. The duo got engaged back in July 2019 after about a year of dating.
Meanwhile, although they posed together for a photo at Cynthia Bailey's wedding, Porsha Williams and her off-and-on fiancé, Dennis McKinley, both recently claimed on social media that they're no longer a couple. The restaurateur reportedly wrote on his Instagram Story that he's "SINGLE ASFK." Then, when a fan asked the reality star to clarify her relationship status in the comments section of an Oct. 10 Instagram post, she replied that she's "been single." Earlier this year, there were reports that Dennis was stepping out on Porsha … again. In recent weeks, however, the rumor mill has been churning away with unsubstantiated reports that Porsha and "RHOA" co-star Tanya Sam had a threesome with a male stripper at Cynthia's bachelorette party in Charleston, South Carolina. It's unclear if she and Dennis were still together at the time.
Another Bachelor Nation romance has tragically bit the dust. On Oct. 14, Ashley Hebert took to Instagram to announce that she and J.P. Rosenbaum are throwing in the towel after nearly eight years of marriage. "It is with a heavy heart that I share with you that, after months of separation, JP and I have amicably decided to go our separate ways. We created the most beautiful children and shared memories that will never be forgotten. Our differences have taken a toll on our relationship and after years of attempting to repair the damage, we've decided that it is in our family's best interest to create new and separate lives for our children. … Our ultimate focus is to create stable and healthy lives for our children," the former star of "The Bachelorette" captioned a photo of herself and her estranged husband in happier times. The father of two, meanwhile, captioned the same shot, "I have written and rewritten this post dozens of times and each time I feel the same level of disbelief and extreme sadness. While I realize that this will come as a complete shock to everyone, I can assure you that this is something that has been developing in our relationship for quite a while. It is with a heavy heart that I share with you that after months of separation, Ashley and I have amicably decided to live our lives apart from one another. Please please please know that there is no one to blame, that there's no event that triggered this decision, that no one is the victim, and that we've done absolutely everything we possibly can to try to salvage this marriage. I think we've both come to realize that we are just two very different people, with very different personalities and perspectives, who just don't see eye to eye on a lot life fundamentals, those which are the building blocks for a happy and healthy marriage. We have created the most beautiful, sweet and loving children, and have created so many unforgettable memories that we'll always cherish. Our differences, however, have taken a toll on our relationship and after years of attempting to repair the damage, we've decided that it is in our family's best interest live our lives apart."
Bobby Bones took to Instagram on Oct. 11 to announce that he and his girlfriend of less than a year, Caitlin Parker, are engaged. "I am the luckiest. I waited so long for the right one. And it payed off. Surprised her with a secret proposal in the barn in the backyard. After she said yes, our song 'nothing left to lose' by Mat Kearney was playing outside. And it was @matkearney playing it. She said it was at Mat's concert during this song that she knew I was the one for her. So lucky he played it again for only us tonight. I'm so happy I get marry to love of my life," he captioned a slideshow of photos depicting the proposal.
According to People magazine, Larry David and his girlfriend of three years, Ashley Underwood, quietly tied the knot in Southern California on Oct. 7.
On Oct. 10, TMZ reported that Phil Collins and ex-wife Orianne Cevey recently called it quits again. The duo split in 2006, divorced in 2008 and then confirmed in early 2016 that they'd romantically reconciled, though they declined to make their union legal a second time. During the break in their relationship, she married another man. Now, it seems, she's tied the knot yet again. According to TMZ, Orianne told Phil she was traveling to Las Vegas for work purposes "a couple months ago" but then secretly married a man named Thomas Bates. According to DailyMail.com, they said "I do" in a ceremony officiated by an Elvis impersonator at Sin City's Graceland Wedding Chapel on Aug. 2.
On Oct. 13, Page Six reported that Bella Hadid has been "quietly dating" Jack Nicholson's grandson, 20-year-old model-actor Duke Nicholson, since at least late September. A rep for the beauty, however, insisted they're practically strangers, telling the New York Post's gossip column, "Bella and Duke are not dating. They met once through mutual friends but have not been in touch since."
In early October, Deux Moi — an Instagram account dedicated to celebrity gossip — fueled a rumor that Noah Centineo and Stassie Karanikolaou "eloped in Las Vegas." Around the same time, a Twitter user wrote in a since-deleted Oct. 5 tweet that he "saw Noah Centineo propose to Kylie Jenner's best friend Stassie at the beach club today." It's unclear what actually went down between the duo, who were first linked back in June and have yet to address the rumors about their relationship.
Tina Louise has officially moved on from her mid-2020 fling with Brian Austin Green. The Australian model was snapped smooching Diddy during a day at the beach in Malibu on Oct. 13. (See photos here.)
Another week, another rumored romance for Harry Jowsey! On Oct. 7, the 22-year-old "Too Hot to Handle" star sparked rumors he's dating Larsa Pippen when he was seen arriving to a group dinner in Beverly Hills with the 46-year-old beauty in tow. A spy told E! News "they were flirting a little bit" and "it looked like they are just getting to know each other." But later, they left together in Larsa's car — with Harry behind the wheel. The next day, they were seen together again — this time grabbing lunch (sans squad) from a restaurant in West Hollywood. During the second outing, the Australian reality star told TMZ, "We're just friends. … We're just still getting to know each other." When asked what he likes about Larsa, he replied, "She's very grounded."
Madison Prewett is dating Denver Nuggets power forward Michael Porter Jr. His sister, Bri Porter, revealed the news on Instagram on Oct. 10, captioning two photos of herself, her husband, her brother and the former "The Bachelor" star, "My fav double date." In one shot, Madi is pictured holding Michael's hand as he drapes an arm across her shoulders.
On the Oct. 9 episode of "The Wendy Williams Show," Joe Giudice revealed there's a new woman in his life: He's "seeing" a lawyer he met in Italy. "I wouldn't say that we're boyfriend and girlfriend, but we're kind of like hanging out a lot," he said. "She's helping me out a lot out here. It's good because I got a lot of things going on out here and she's putting a lot of deals together for me." During his chat with Wendy, Joe also opened up about his divorce from Teresa, attributing the implosion of their marriage to "distance." Said the father of four, "How's it gonna work? I'm over here. She's over there. There's no way it's gonna work, you know?" He also said that the split "wasn't really by choice" and that they "fought" to stay together.
On the Oct. 11 episode of their "Whine Down" podcast, Jana Kramer revealed that she recently went into "freak-out mode" when a stranger reached out to allege that her husband Mike Caussin — who's publicly battled sex addiction over the course of their relationship — cheated again. "A few days ago, I got a DM saying that Mike cheated," said the singer-actress, according to People.com. "And the reason why it caught me off guard was because the very first time I found out Mike cheated on me was through a DM." Although she had an inkling that the purported mystery woman was just messing with her, she couldn't shake her doubts about her hubby's fidelity. "The really sucky thing about it is that my default can't go to, 'There's no way.' … I can't just go, 'I trust him a thousand percent. He would never do that,'" she said. "And I think that's where it stung and where I'm like, 'Am I really gonna start having this DM conversation with this girl?' Or whoever it was." She ultimately decided to respond to the anonymous user, who told her "things that maybe could make sense, or maybe could be wrong" about the former professional football player. "She said a few things about his hometown, and I'm like, 'They can just look that up on the Internet.' She said something about, 'He's got a secret device,' which has always been a fear of mine — that maybe he has some secret device that he talks to other people on," explained the mother of two, who ended up searching the home she shares with Mike for his alleged backup communication device. She then reached out to her therapist. "I'm like, 'I don't want to be looking under the bed or going through his drawers trying to find this secret device. Who knows if it's even real?'" she recalled. "But I can't ignore it completely because of our history. There's not enough stuff in the bank to trust his word 1,000 percent because of the stuff last year — and that sucks." When Jana finally confronted Mike, it "crushed" him. "It sucks that she can't default to trusting me," he said. "It sucks that I've done what I've done in the past to create that in a relationship right now. My hope is that years down the line, if something like this happened again, she'd be able to bring it to me and we'd almost be able to laugh about it because there is that much trust in the bank. But I didn't fault her at all for questioning me, for still trying to figure these things out. When she told me she searched the house, my heart just sank because I just felt so bad for my wife to have to feel these things and that it's a direct correlation to things I've done in the past. … I don't think she fully believes me yet." Jana concluded by saying that the alleged mystery woman deleted her account. "It's not on me to be detective or control [the situation]," she said. "It's now in God's hands, where the truth will show eventually."
Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly just took a major step forward in their relationship: People magazine reported on Oct. 12 that, according to a source, he recently met the three sons she shares with her estranged husband, Brian Austin Green. "Megan thought it was a natural step, since they are getting more serious. They are in a committed relationship and it's not just a fling. They are planning a future together," said a source, adding that the pair "spend as much time together as they can" and are "doing great." Echoed an E! News source of the couple, "They see themselves as soulmates and life partners. They are taking steps every day to build on that. … They are very much in love and excited that they have found one another."
Us Weekly reported on Oct. 14 that, according to a source, Kendall Jenner and Devin Booker are "still seeing each other," but "it's not super serious and they're just having fun together." Said the source, "Kendall likes to float around and not be tied down to one person." The model and the professional basketball player have been seen together several times since late April.
TMZ reported on Oct. 14 that a judge has officially signed off on Jesse Williams and Aryn Drake-Lee's extremely contentious divorce … more than three years after they first filed to legally end their marriage. According to court documents obtained by the webloid, the former couple will share joint legal and physical custody of their two children. The actor is walking away from the marriage with one leased SUV, plus the $936,810 in profits he's earned from his work on "Grey's Anatomy" since he separated from Aryn in 2017. His ex, meanwhile, is holding onto their former marital homes in Los Angeles, Brooklyn and Oakland, as well as two leased SUVs. The remainder of their assets have yet to be split. He's also on the hook for monthly child support payments and two lump sum spousal support payments of $50,695. According to TMZ, the duo reached a settlement in September 2019, but it took a year for a judge to give it the OK.

Happy 10yr anniversary my love," the "Brothers & Sisters" alum wrote on Instagram. The "Supergirl" actress, meanwhile, shared a slideshow of photos of herself and her hubby over the years. "10 YEARS. To my old man @dave_annable. I am so incredibly grateful that I chose you 10 years ago and even more grateful that you are still standing by my side. What a day to celebrate this journey, our new chapter, our new home and so many other beautiful things to come. … I love you Davey. Happy 10 year Anniversary my love," she wrote in the caption. The longtime couple almost didn't make it to their benchmark anniversary: In October 2019, they announced that they'd separated, though they'd reconciled by early August.
In other anniversary news… Mary Steenburgen took to Instagram on Oct. 7 to celebrate her 25th wedding anniversary with husband Ted Danson, sharing a silly selfie showing the "Cheers" alum smiling with a giant piece of salad stuck in his teeth. "Happy 25th Anniversary! This was SUPPOSED to be a sweet loving anniversary photo but you have a big piece of salad in your teeth. So there it is. Thank you for making me laugh today and every single one of the last 9,125 days. You are the goofiest, wisest, kindest, dreamboat in the world. True, that is a big a** piece of salad but even that doesn't mar your legendary beauty. I can't believe how lucky I am. Happy Anniversary, Ted. Love, Mary," she wrote in the caption.
During an interview with BuzzFeed News that hit the Internet on Oct. 10, New Jersey Senator Cory Booker gushed about his new roommate: his girlfriend of nearly two years, actress-activist Rosario Dawson. "This is the first time in my life I've really lived with somebody — and obviously Rosario and I are enjoying and adjusting to that," he said. He later added of saying goodbye to his bachelor lifestyle, "It's just really nice to set a table, have somebody to say grace with, before a meal. It's just those small things really are, I'm finding, incredibly enriching."
Elle King took to Instagram on Oct. 9 to announce that she and her boyfriend of a year, tattoo artist Dan Tooker, got engaged while celebrating their first anniversary in Angel Fire, New Mexico. "Today is our 1 year anniversary. We rode horses up a mountain to go gold panning. I had a ring in my pocket and I was going to toss it in the gold pan and propose to @tattooker … but of course, my soulmate beat me to the punch and proposed to me the exact same way. So I immediately got down on my knee too. I love you Daniel. 1 year down, forever to go. I said Yes by the way and so did he!" she captioned a slideshow of photos depicting the proposal. A few days earlier, the singer gushed about her beau in a sweet Instagram post in honor of their anniversary: "Best year of my life. You're the greatest thing to ever happen to me. @tattooker you're my everything. Happy anniversary! Here's to many more!!!" she wrote in the caption.
DJ Mustard and Chanel Thierry took to Instagram on Oct. 12 to announce that they legally tied the knot two days earlier — and then celebrated with a scaled-down reception for a few lucky friends and family members — nearly two years after getting engaged in October 2018. "Even tho our actual wedding has been postponed until next year due to covid, we still wanted to keep our wedding date because it was special. We legally got married on 10.10.20 and had a small intimate dinner. Thank you to everyone who has wished us congratulations and prayed for our union," the bride captioned a slideshow of wedding photos.
On Oct. 14, People magazine broke the news that "90 Day Fiancé" star Darcey Silva and Bulgarian massage therapist Georgi Rusev got engaged back in June — just four months after they met in person for the first time. "It was definitely a total surprise for me. Georgi and I have a very deep connection, and I feel like in that moment I was not expecting it at all," she said of the proposal. On a recent episode of her "90 Day" spinoff with her twin sister, "Darcey & Stacey," the mother of two discovered that her beau was still legally married and in the process of getting a divorce. "Everybody's going to have their issues from time to time, but if we can communicate and talk through that, that's what I've always wanted in a relationship," she said of moving past the drama. "The most important [thing] is we understand each other and we have each other's backs," chimed in Georgi, adding that they "feel very secure with each other." Gushed the bride-to-be, "I've always wanted a partner in life where you can raise each other up and not shoot each other down. I decided the next relationship I got in, I would say what I want. We're able in the end to work it all out, rise above and stay strong for the love that we know we share because our future is so great."
In other "90 Day" news… On Oct. 10, "90 Day Fiancé" alum Steven Frend took to his Instagram Story to announce that he and wife Olga Koshimbetova recently called it quits after about a year of marriage. "People keep asking if Olga and I are [together] but the answer is, we went into this super blindly," he wrote, according to Us Weekly. "There's a lot the show left out that'll have people confused but we have learned a lot about each other over this whole journey but we're better at being coparents to our boy. We're both civil and cause no drama because our son's mental health is [our] top priority." He's since deleted all photographic evidence of Olga from his Instagram account.
