Oct 20, 2020 — A new short film by a trio of St. Lawrence County natives features the rolling farmland of the place they grew up.
Claire Kinnen co-directed “Tree House” with childhood friend Leslie Haller.

The film was shot on Haller’s family dairy farm in Dekalb. Canton’s Morgan Elliot is the cinematographer.

It’s about a boy finding refuge from his parents’ tense relationship in a hunter’s blind in the woods.
