Tiger Woods suffered multiple leg injuries that is requiring surgery after being involved in a single-car accident in Los Angeles on Feb. 23. Local authorities confirmed that the golfer had to be "extracted from the car" using the "jaws of life." CNN reported that Tiger is in "moderate to critical condition."
