Taylor Swift has directed a special short film for her 10-minute extended version of her track "All Too Well," which appears on Red (Taylor's Version).

The music video will see her star alongside Stranger Things' Sadie Sink and Love and Monsters actor Dylan O'Brien.

Swift released the re-recorded version of her fourth album Red at midnight ET on November 12, which is the second of her albums she has redone after ownership of the masters for her first six albums was transferred to Scooter Braun.

Swift revealed on Twitter that her short film would be released at 7 p.m. EST on Friday, November 12 on YouTube, and she encouraged fans to enjoy a watch party at that time.

She wrote: "Shot on 35mm film with cinematography by the brilliant @the_rinayang.Plan your watch parties or grab your blanket and curl up into a ball.

"However you want to watch All Too Well The Short Film, it'll be out tomorrow on YouTube at 7pm Eastern."

A lyrics video for the song was released at midnight EST on Friday, November 12 in conjunction with the album's launch.

The time that the film is released around the world will depend on the time zones her fans live in.

As the short film for "All Too Well" is being released on YouTube, fans can easily set up an alert to be told exactly when the video is out.

To do this, all fans need to do is to go onto Swift's official YouTube account and go onto the "All Too Well" short film. There, fans can click the "set reminder" bell on the video in the left hand corner.

By pressing this button it will prompt YouTube to send fans a notification at the exact time the video is released.
