Related Companies is launching 450 Washington near two other Related projects: 70 Vestry — where residents have included Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen, Formula 1 racing champ Lewis Hamilton, NBA star Kevin Love and “Daily Show” host Trevor Noah with actress Minka Kelly — and 456 Washington.
70 Vestry is also where Julia Haart’s estranged husband, Silvio Scaglia, is currently listing his penthouse triplex, a star of their Netflix hit show, “My Unorthodox Life,” for $65 million.
The new building at 450 Washington will have the same Hudson River sunset views, but at a lower price point, as condos will run from $1 to $10 million when they launch this fall.
Hotel Barrière Fouquet’s New York is also right around the corner, as is 443 Greenwich, where celeb residents n the former bookbinding factory have included Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, Harry Styles, Meg Ryan, Jennifer Lawrence, The Weeknd and Bella Hadid, Jake Gyllenhaal and Rebel Wilson.
