Olivia Attwood has left I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! after being forced to quit on "medical grounds".
The 2022 series only kicked off on ITV last night [6th November], but Olivia Attwood from Love Island has left the camp. According to reports, the 31-year-old "left the camp after being involved in a medical drama" and is now "on her way home."
A show insider told The Sun: "Olivia was involved in a medical drama overnight. She really want[ed] to go back into the camp but medics won't let her."
In an official statement, ITV told Cosmopolitan UK "As a precautionary measure Olivia needed to leave the jungle to undergo some medical checks. Unfortunately, the medical team has advised it is not safe for Olivia to return to camp as there needs to be further investigation. She has been absolutely brilliant and she’ll be very much missed on the show."
During the launch episode, Olivia had to skydive out of a helicopter, in order to make it into the camp. "It's a once in a lifetime opportunity," Olivia said. "I just need to get back on safe ground in one piece - both boobs, all the veneers, everything.'
After completing the jump, she continued, "Oh my god I'm crying, that's the most amazing thing I've ever done, ever. That is incredible. Top 10 experience of my life. Just amazing. I didn't expect to be landing on a beach - where the hell are we?"
