I'm A Celebrity 2021: 13 rumoured celebs going into the castle - Nottinghamshire Live

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! is set for a new series this November.

Whilst previous series showed the celebs tackle the bushtucker trials in Australia, this year the show will be set in the UK once again.

It has been confirmed by ITV that this year the celebrities will be camping at Gwrych Castle in Abergele.

Due to the pandemic last year's series was filmed in the UK where we saw Giovanna Fletcher being crowned the Queen of the jungle.

Bosses made the decision to film in the UK for a second year running because of the "continued uncertainty" around Covid-19 and the impact on international travel, reports Yorkshire Live.

Here are the celebrities that you could see take on the trials

Liberty Poole

Love Island star Liberty Poole has been tipped to sign up for this years series of I’m a Celeb.

Last week Ladbrokes said "looks more likely than ever" that the Love Island Star will take part in this year's series.

Tom Malone Jr

Former Gogglebox star recently said "it would be fun" to take part after responding to a fan's question of if he would go on other television shows such as I’m A Celeb or Dancing on ice.

Jake Wood

The EastEnders star who played Max Branning on the soap, is rumoured to join this year's cast.

According to The Sun, Jake is in "advanced talks" to appear on the show, with sources claiming that he's interested in signing up.

A source said: "He would love to go into the jungle. He thinks it would be a great challenge for him and he has of course seen how well other EastEnders stars have done."

Jade Thirlwall

Little Mix’s Jade Thirwall could be a contestant on the show this year.

She hinted on Heart Radio earlier this year saying: "I'll try anything once me, do you know what I mean? I'll give it a crack. If something smells bad I won't put it in my mouth, but I am good at creepy crawlies."

Louise Minchin

After 20 years on BBC Breakfast Louise left the show on September 15, sources say she could be a celeb on this series.

A source told The Sun: “There’s a long tradition of reality TV shows targeting news presenters and I’m A Celebrity is no different.

“Victoria Derbyshire was on the show before and proved very popular with viewers.

“ITV are hoping they can do the same with Louise and have approached her about coming on board."

Olivia Attwood

The 2017 Love Island star said she would prefer to do I'm A Celebrity over Dancing On Ice.

The 2017 Love Island star said she would prefer to do I'm A Celebrity over Dancing On Ice.

She told the Radio Times: "I'd love to do the jungle. I'd give Dancing on Ice a go, although it does scare me.

"I'm a bit of a baby, so I don't like getting hurt. I feel like the minute I fall over once, I'd be done. I know it sounds dramatic, but I'm just a bit like that.

"For me, the jungle is less scary. So I'd love to do the jungle."

John Barnes MBE

The former England footballer told the Mirror: "I've done a number of shows in my days but nothing as adventurous as I'm a Celeb.

"And to be honest, there's nothing that I wouldn't eat or anything I wouldn't do… I'm fairly easy-going, if they asked me to do something, I'd do it."

Tamzin Outhwaite

The actress who appeared on this year's The Masked Dancer UK as Scarecrow is also rumoured to go into the castle.

A source told the Sun : "It's early days with Tamsin but she's someone producers have discussed going to Oz in the autumn — and she's told pals she is 100 percent not taking part in Strictly.

"There's some way to go in negotiations but she's more likely to be eating a kangaroo testicle than wearing sequins this year."

Eric Cantona

The former professional footballer has been tipped for the 2021 line-up.

Earlier this year it was reported that I'm a Celebrity producers were desperate to sign him, reports Yorkshire Live.

Lucy Fallon

The Coronation Street Star has be rumoured to take part in the reality show for the past few years, following her departure from the ITV soap.

The actress who played Bethany Platt for five years recently competed on ITV's adventure reality TV show Don’t Rock The Boat.

Jenny Ryan

Jenny Ryan, known as The Vixen on ITVs The Chase, has previously teased going into the castle.

After learning I'm A Celebrity was switching from the Australian jungle to Wales, Jenny tweeted: "My main reservations about doing I'm A Celeb have always been 1. The Spiders 2. The Snakes 3. The Heat. This could be a big opportunity for ol' Jenny."

Will Mellor

Will Mellor, The Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps star said I'm a Celebrity would be his top choice if he was to go on a reality TV show.

On his podcast he said that I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! would be at the top of this list.

The Vivienne

RuPaul's Drag Race winner, The Vivienne, recently told Lorraine Kelly that she would love to take part on the show even though she's "petrified of spiders".

"Do you know what, I've never thought about it but what an absolutely amazing opportunity that would be!" she said.
