Previously, two "Short Term Rental Workshops" which were held on 12.19.19 and 2.13.20. Public input, meeting recordings, sign in sheets and more - are avaible at: https://www.co.lincoln.or.us/boc/page/short-term-rental-workshop
The Board of Commissioners adopted Ordinance #487, #490, and #509 to establish conditions for the operation of short term rentals of dwelling units located within the unincorporated areas of Lincoln County and to implement a licensing program to ensure compliance with those standards.
