It will be filmed from their homes as they all get in the saddle simultaneously.

It is part of Psycle London's #MoveForHEROES workouts fundraiser running for Mental Health Awareness Week.

Unlike some, Alex showed huge self-control last week when he met his girlfriend, dancer Amelia Bath, after months apart, but stayed two metres apart.

The 30-year-old NHS hero and former reality star shared a picture of the moment they saw each other again for a picnic in the sunshine.

However, following social distancing rules to the centimetre, the pair had to sit on separate rugs two metres apart.

He wrote: "After SO long apart what a feeling to finally see you AB ❤️ So close yet so far staying 2 meters apart.. but right now we will take what we can get x."

Alex posted the same picture on his Instagram Story, explaining: "First time in two months."

He has spoken about his pain at being apart from her while he fights the coronavirus at a hospital in Lewisham, south east London, saying: “I am feeling alright, I am tired.

Earlier this week the 30-year-old gave fans a tour inside a London ambulance as he begged sick fans to get checked for Covid-19.

The reality star often documents his role as an A&E doctor on his YouTube channel and filmed inside the kitted out ambulance at University Hospital, Lewisham.

Dr Alex, 30, said he wanted to highlight the challenges paramedics are faced with while working during the ongoing pandemic.

He said on Instagram: "An ambulance costs up to a quarter of a million pounds because of the amount of technology and equipment thats inside.

"I was so grateful to John, a London Ambulance Service paramedic who let me film with him on board, to give an insight into why these bits of kit are so crucial for saving lives."
