With November fast approaching, fans are gearing up for the brand new series of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, as the popular ITV show returns to Australia with hosts Ant and Dec.

After ITV bosses dropped the first trailer earlier this month, rumours are now rife as to which celebrities will be heading over to the jungle to appear in the 2022 series.

When does I'm A Celeb start?

According to reports, the 2022 series of I'm A Celeb will begin on Sunday 6th November!

Although this date is slightly earlier than past series, it's understood bosses have made the decision to move the show forward due to the Winter World Cup in Qatar, which begins on Sunday 20th November.

Although ITV are yet to unveil the cast for the upcoming series, as always, rumours are rife as to which famous faces have signed up.

As well as Love Island's Olivia Attwood, Little Mix star Jade Thirlwall is also rumoured, as well as former EastEnders actor Danny Dyer.

In recent days, reports suggest 61-year-old Boy George has also signed up, with a contract which will make him the highest-paid contestant in the show's history.

Danny Dyer

With news that actor Danny Dyer is leaving his iconic role as Queen Vic landlord Mick Carter on EastEnders, he's heavily rumoured for the 2022 series of I'm A Celeb.

Of course, his family are no strangers to reality TV, with Danny's daughter Dani winning Love Island back in 2018.

Jade Thirlwall

Following her appearance on Celebrity Bake Off in 2021, Little Mix singer Jade hinted she would 'try everything once' when questioned about I'm A Celeb last year.

Now that Little Mix are on a hiatus, will she give it a go in 2022?

Boy George

Reports are suggesting singer Boy George will be the highest ever paid contestant if he signs the contract for the 2022 series.

Richard Madeley

Although Richard Madeley took part in the 2021 series of I'm A Celeb, after the broadcaster was forced to quit following a sudden illness, many think he could be back for 2022.

In May, Richard teased he could return to the show, admitting he has "unfinished business".

Seann Walsh

After hitting the headlines for snogging his professional partner Katya Jones during his time on Strictly, I'm A Celeb bosses are hoping comedian Seann Walsh will reveal all during the 2022 series.

Oti Mabuse

With her switch to ITV in recent years, rumours are rife I'm A Celeb bosses are keen to sign former Strictly professional Oti Mabuse.

Now that Oti has left Strictly, the timing no longer clashes with I'm A Celeb, so will she sign on the dotted line?

Denise van Outen

The lovely Denise van Outen is no stranger to reality shows, having appeared on the likes of Strictly Come Dancing and Celebrity Gogglebox in recent years.

Denise has previously admitted she turned down the offer last year, revealing she will say yes when the show returns to Australia...

Matt Baker

Matt was a real favourite to enter the show last year, admitting to Hello! Magazine |nofollow|newtab): "I am reluctant to say no to anything without having a good think about it."

Of course, he didn't, so could we see him in Australia?

Sam Aston

Coronation Street legend Sam Aston hinted he'd love to take part in the show last year.

Speaking to OK! Magazine at the time, he said: "I've always said no to all of those shows, but then recently for some reason I've been more open to the idea. Jennie McAlpine and Andy Whyment did the jungle and both of them said it's the experience of a lifetime.

"If I was offered it I would be open to the idea and open to the extra pennies!"

Mike Tindall

Former rugby player Mike Tindall, who is married to Zara Phillips, could be the first member of the Royal family to appear on I'm A Celeb if reports are true.

Olivia Attwood

Former Love Island star Olivia Attwood is once again rumoured for the jungle this year.

She told the Radio Times in 2021: "I'd love to do the jungle. I'd give Dancing on Ice a go, although it does scare me.
"I'm a bit of a baby, so I don't like getting hurt. I feel like the minute I fall over once, I'd be done. I know it sounds dramatic, but I'm just a bit like that.

"For me, the jungle is less scary. So I'd love to do the jungle."

Tom Malone Jr

Ever since he made the decision to quit Gogglebox, Tom Malone Jr has been rumoured for a number of reality TV shows, including both I'm A Celeb and Strictly.

When asked by a fan about the possibility of I'm A Celeb, he said: "Yeah sure, I think. I actually think that would be sick, and probably would be very fun."

He hasn't been included in the 2022 Strictly line-up, so will he sign for I'm A Celeb?

The Vivienne

RuPaul's Drag Race UK winner The Vivienne recently admitted she would love to appear on I'm A Celeb during a chat with Lorraine last year.

She said: "Do you know what, I've never thought about it but what an absolutely amazing opportunity that would be."

Charlene White

Loose Women star and broadcaster Charlene White has also reportedly signed up for the 2022 series.

Owen Warner

Hollyoaks actor Owen Warner, who plays the role of Romeo Nightingale in the Channel 4 soap, will reportedly swap the Hollyoaks village for the Australian jungle this November.

Although the date and line-up hasn't been fully confirmed by ITV just yet, what we do know is that the show will return to Australia, following two years at Gwrych Castle in North Wales.

ITV bosses confirmed the news in August, saying: 'Returning to its home in Australia after a two-year break, our celebrities will leave their plush pads and luxuries far behind as they spend up to three weeks taking on the Australian jungle with a whole host of surprises created just for them.

'Whoever does end up in the legendary jungle camp will find themselves cut off from the outside world and their fate will be in the hands of viewers who could decide to send them into a dreaded Bushtucker Trial.

'Our BAFTA award-winning hosts Ant & Dec are back to present all the big stories live every night. Who will be crowned this year’s King or Queen of the Jungle? Find out this Autumn on ITV.'

I'm A Celeb is due to reportedly due to begin on Sunday 6th November.
