I'M A Celebrity fans were left furious as contestants wrote their loved ones names on their hats.
The celebrities have no contact with their friends and family while in the camp, but the group have found their own unique way of connecting with their loved ones.
During last night's show, each contestant had managed to scribble their loved ones names on their hats using chalk.
Vernon Kay had wrote his two daughters names, while Giovanni Fletcher chose to send a special message to her husband Tom and their sons.
Victoria Derbyshire had the names 'Ollie', 'Joe' and 'Mark' written on her hat.
Meanwhile, opera singer Russell Watson had personalised his hat with 'Hannah', 'Becky Boo' and 'wifey'.
The contestants appeared delighted with their messages, with host Ant McPartlin referencing them on his way into camp.
However, viewers weren't as pleased as they insisted campmates were breaking the rules.
Taking to Twitter, one wrote: "Is the chalk writing on the hats against camp rules of communicating with the outside world?"
A second asked: "How comes the camp mates have got writing all over their hats @antanddec?"
A third added: "This has never been aloud before feel #imacelebrity is going easy on celebs this year writing on hats secret messages and beds @antanddec @imacelebrity hope this isn’t the way forward."
A fourth fumed: "I don’t agree on the writing on the Hats! Communication to the outside world shouldn’t be allowed!!!!!!!"
Another complained: "Why do the celebs have writing on there hats are they breaking rules??? #ImACeleb @antanddec @imacelebrity."
The sneaky method was previously used by former I'm A Celebrity star Rebekah Vardy.
Rebekah - who is married to footballer Jamie Vardy - managed to draw on her hat with charcoal during her jungle stint in 2017.
It isn't the first time campmates have been called out for communicating with their loved ones on the current series.
Last week, Shane Richie's wife Christie Goddard revealed the former EastEnders star was secretly sending out a special signal to his children.
The 56-year-old Alfie Moon actor often does the moves, where he splays his fingers over his face, during the live portion of each episode.
